SHIPPING

At Perma.me, we provide our customers with a shipping service for their orders. When checking out, you will have access to the available shipping types and can choose the one that best suits your needs.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, considering the final weight of the order, the delivery location and the chosen carrier. We regret to inform you that we do not deliver to Apartados.

The shipping cost does not include the price of the product(s), which will be added to the total value indicated at the end of the purchase. For orders over €30 made in mainland Portugal, we offer shipping costs.

DELAYS IN DELIVERIES

Perma.me does not assume responsibility for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier chosen by the customer. This includes errors when filling out forms, indicating an incorrect address, lack of telephone contact, or reasons of force majeure, such as strikes, accidents, vehicle breakdowns or natural phenomena such as rain and other adversities.

RETURNED ORDERS

Returning orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or due to non-receipt or collection, is the customer's responsibility. Orders under these conditions will only be resent after the address has been corrected, upon payment of shipping costs by the customer.

In cases where there was no payment for postage on the original order, resending will imply payment of postage.
