When making a purchase, you declare that you have the necessary legal capacity, are over 18 years old and are committed to the business or contract established.
You ensure that the personal information you provide is true and up to date.
To place an order, choose the desired products and add them to the shopping cart. Browse our catalog organized by categories/subcategories or use the search bar.
Perma.me will honor all orders within available stock. Each order will have a tracking code sent by email after processing.
It is the user's responsibility to receive the order at the address indicated from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. In case of non-receipt, a second delivery attempt will be made.
Returning orders due to incorrect information is the user's responsibility, with resending subject to additional payment.
Orders are processed within 72 business hours. If a product is not available, we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
Prices include VAT and are clearly indicated. Changes in prices will be communicated, allowing the user to choose to pay the difference or cancel the order.
The purchase is confirmed after payment, which can be made by debit/credit card, PayPal, MB Way or Multibanco.
The digital invoice will be sent by email at the time of payment.
