At Perma.me, we recognize the user's right to terminate the contract within 14 days from its conclusion, in the case of service provision contracts, or from the day on which the consumer or a third party, indicated by the consumer, purchases physical possession of the goods, for purchase and sale contracts. The return must take place within 14 days after communication of the decision to terminate the contract, following the conditions below:
Send an email to info@perma-me.com with the product invoice attached, indicating the order number and IBAN for the refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product must be returned in the same sales conditions, without scratches, external damage or signs of use, and in perfect working condition, in the original packaging. The product must be packed in a protective box to preserve the original packaging during transport. Shipping must be made by registered mail to the address: Perma.me, Rua Luís Mendes de Araújo, 31, Vila Meã, Porto, 4605-065 Under the terms of the legislation, the user is responsible for the return costs, in accordance with article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14. After the product arrives, it will undergo a quality assessment. If all conditions are met, the refund will be made.
REFUND REQUEST
After exercising the Right to Free Termination of the Contract, the user will be refunded the amount paid for purchasing the product and/or providing services, using the IBAN indicated in the email to return the order value. The refund will be made at no cost to the user, within a maximum period of 14 days, and may be retained until the product is received or proof of return is not presented.
Products that cannot be withdrawn:
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the user cannot return products opened after delivery, when they are sold sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Additional notes:
Shipping costs are not refunded, and if they were offered during shipping, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, according to the table available on the Shipping Policy page.
